kff is a family owned business with over 40 years experience in the Foodservice industry, delivering direct to the caterer.

We carry an extensive range of over 2,500 quality chilled, frozen and ambient products from leading branded suppliers, enabling us to service a diverse and extensive customer base. kff also manufacture and exclusively distribute Purple Pineapple Superior Sandwich Fillings.
 

Whilst the majority of our business is located in and around the South of England, we service national customers throughout England and Wales.

kff is one of the originators of the multi-temperature delivery concept in the UK. Our ‘one-stop shop’ facility, together with next day delivery, enables us to offer our customers excellent service and convenience, without compromising on quality and price.
 

Indeed, service and product quality are the two most important aspects of our business. To this end, we are proud to be holders of the prestigious Higher Level Certificate of Inspection from UKAS accredited inspection body, CMi inspection.

The standard was developed by CMi Inspection specifically for food wholesalers and distributors. The certification covers the receipt, storage and transportation of frozen, chilled and ambient foods.

kff are a member of the renowned British Frozen Food Federation (BFFF). Our Managing Director, Paul Clarke, is also Chairman of the BFFF’s Wholesale and Retail Committee.

Our current distribution fleet amounts to well over 40 multi-temperature vehicles. The refrigeration systems on the vehicles deliver outstanding performance, ensuring goods always arrive with customers at the correct temperature. The vehicles are built around a Eutectic System which ensures that the temperature of the vehicle will hold even if there is an issue with the running of the vehicle.

Our Sales Team has the necessary product knowledge to deal with any product enquiries. Telephone Sales Representatives are tasked with providing an extremely efficient but friendly service, ensuring your order is placed quickly and accurately.

Area Sales Managers are available to discuss menu planning, market trends and profit opportunities, working on the belief that we develop our business most effectively by helping you to develop yours. Our customer focused approach has enabled us to achieve continued organic growth, generating current annual sales of around £30 million.
