The Excellence product range is a unique collection of specialist fine foods and ingredients for discerning chefs, brought to you by kff.
We have selected specialist suppliers – some well known, some not so well known – who offer the highest quality of products. Many specialist ranges shown within the brochure are exclusive to the kff Excellence range.
Many of our suppliers tend to be smaller, local producers, using more traditional methods of production. Where possible, this brochure tells you their story so that you can convey it on your own menu if you so wish. We would also welcome the opportunity to discuss products with you in more depth. Due to the specialist nature of some of our products, we may require a little more notice than usual when ordering – as indicated within the brochure.
To support the Excellence range of fine foods and ingredients we can offer you:
• The highest quality of service • One phone call, one delivery and one invoice • Next day delivery (restrictions apply) • CMi certification offering you peace of mind

Operating from Lamberhurst Farm in Dargate, Kent, The Cheesemakers of Canterbury produce a range of full flavoured cheese, made using mostly unpasteurised British Friesian cow’s milk and British goat’s milk sourced locally from the surrounding farms in and around Canterbury. Amongst the range includes several award winning products from the prestigious World Cheese Awards. In 2008 the Ashmore Farmhouse Cheese became the first to be recognised for its fine quality. Following its success, The Cheesemakers of Canterbury developed a hard goat’s cheese based on the Ashmore recipe named Kelly’s Goat which has since also won a World Cheese Award.

Located in the heart of the Kent countryside, the production team strive to achieve the highest quality standards using only the finest ingredients, sourced locally where possible. Supplied chilled, the cold cutting pork pies are handmade and produced using a traditional hot water pastry method. Each pie is produced using the finest meat such as the traditional pork pie which is made with prime pork mince and a selective blend of herbs and spices.
