Purple Pineapple has a range of over 60 fillings, from old favourites such as Tuna Mayonnaise to the more adventurous Piri Piri Chicken or Crayfish, Lemon & Dill.
All our fillings are made to order ensuring maximum shelf life at time of delivery. Mixed by hand to ensure the more delicate ingredients are not damaged, the finished product looks more home-made than with machine blended fillings.
As well as a sizeable range of vegetarian fillings, Purple Pineapple also offers a selection of “healthier” options, using tasty, non-mayonnaise based sauces – most of which are also ideal served hot on a toasted sandwich or jacket potato.
New recipes are introduced regularly, so you can offer your customers an evolving variety of sandwich fillings.

Fillings listed below are in saleable units of 1kg, but are also available in larger pack sizes of 2.5kg, 5kg and 10kg.
