How do I set up online ordering?

You can either request online ordering via the ‘Contact Us’ page or you can call us on 01622612400 and we will do it for you.  


How do I find products?

You can search for specific products by navigating through the group categories found in ‘Order Online’ alternatively you search by product name or code using the search bar at the top of the page.


I am new to kff and I want to speak to a sales manager?

Simply give kff a call on 01622612400 and we will organise for a visit with your local sales representative.


How do I find my most recently ordered products?

To view a past order you can log into ‘My Account’ and then view your ‘Order History’. You can replace this order if you wish by clicking ‘More’ then ‘Reorder’ and your goods will automatically be added to your shopping basket.


I can’t find a product?

Most kff product lines are displayed online however there are some which are not. Currently, all 24 and 48 hour product lines are not available to order online and you will need to call telesales to add these products to your order.


There is a product missing from my regular planned order?

If a product is not ordered within 12 orders then it will be removed from your regular planned order. 


When will I know if something is out of stock?

At the time you submit your order, the website will check our current stock levels and it will alert you to any out of stock products.


My prices are not showing correctly?

All prices are shown at kff List Prices. Once you add an item to your basket it will reflect your contracted price.  In the event that your contract prices are still showing incorrectly please call kff immediately on 01622612400.


How do I check my order has been received?

Once you place an order you will receive an email confirmation (If you are not receiving this confirmation then please check your spam folders).  You can also check ‘My Account’ then ‘Order History’, it will show your latest orders.


What day can I get a delivery and when do I need to order by?

You standard delivery days still apply when ordering online. When you log in the status bar will provide a link to check when your next available delivery day. For next day delivery you need to place your order by 16.30 otherwise your order will roll over to the next available date.


How do I pay for goods?

The current system does not allow for online payment. You will need to pay for your goods in the normal way either through an account or cash on delivery.


What is the minimal order?

All orders must equal £80 or more.  


How do I change my password?

It is recommended that you regularly change your password to keep it secure. In order to do this, click on ‘My Account’ then ‘Change Password’.


I’ve forgot my password?

Simply click on ‘Forgotten My Password’ at the top of the page and follow the instructions. If this doesn’t work call kff on 01622 612400 or email us via the ‘Contact Us’ page.


How do I add to an existing order already placed?

If you need to add to an online order then you can’t do it online and you will need to call telesales on 01622612345.


I can’t remember my account number?

No problem, give telesales a call on 01622612345.


How to order special orders and number to call?

To order 24 hour, 48 hour or special lines please call telesales on 01622612345.


My order is not showing up with right delivery day?

Check with your telesales contact on 01622612345.
