Directions For Use
Defrost burgers before use. Place burgers on wrapped sheet tray in a single layer and place in refrigerator for 12 hours (or more depending on refrigerator temperature). Burgers will be pink and soft when thawed. Use within 3 days. Do Not refreeze once thawed. Cook from refrigerated. GRILL: cook on preheated grill for 3½ - 4 minutes per side at 220°C/425°F. PAN FRY: Pre-heat pan to high heat and cook for 3½ - 4 minutes per side, turning occasionally until thoroughly cooked. The inside of the burger will still be pink or reddish. Burger is cooked when the internal temperature reaches 75°C/165°F. Ensure product is piping hot throughout before serving.
