CENTAUR Wood Roasted Piquillo Peppers (Peeled)
Heat some oil in a casserole pan and add onions, cook until soft and slightly browned. Add chillies, paprika, rosemary, thyme and garlic cook for a couple of minutes. Add tomato paste and stir well, add chopped tomatoes, sliced peppers and butter beans bring to a gentle simmer. Cook sausages in a little oil until browned and pat dry with kitchen towel then add to the tomato & bean stew and allow to simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle in the chopped parsley and serve immediately with mash potato.
