The successful candidate will have the opportunity to undertake a Level 3 Infrastructure Technician qualification.
 
Key responsibilities will include:
 To provide support to all staff for hardware, software, audio-visual, printers and telephone equipment.
 To install and configure software applications - setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.
 Diagnosing and resolving all technical issues.
 To set up, maintain and organise repairs for various computing, audio visual and telephone equipment.
 Escalating IT issues to the IT Manager.
 Administration of all users in accordance with HR requirements. 
 To assist with the purchase, setting up, maintenance and repair of computers, audio-visual equipment, computer-linked equipment and computer-related equipment. 
 To help produce and maintain IT statistics, reports, checklists and other documentation as necessary. 
 To liaise with suppliers and consultants.
 To help maintain appropriate stock levels of computer consumables and accessories.
 To maintain satisfactory standards of safety and security in relation to computer rooms and equipment. 
 To be aware of and abide by the KFF health and safety procedures and associated polices. 
 To undertake any other relevant duties as may reasonably be requested by the IT Manager.

 Good verbal communication at all levels
 Maths & English qualification 
 Accurate and efficient IT skills.
 Ability to effectively work with other departments.

Production Operative (Food manufacturing)

You will be working alongside a friendly team, supplying caterers and customers with superior handmade fillings that stand out from the competition.
 
Key responsibilities will include:
 Preparation of various fillings for use in Sandwiches, Wraps, Flatbreads, Bagels, Jacket Potatoes, Panini’s etc.
 Receipt of ingredients: Visual check of packaging, temperature checks, details of BBE code, confirmation of goods received against order.
 Receipt and Storage of ingredients packaging.
 Confirmation of goods received against order, unloading and storage. Monitoring of storage temperatures and correct stock rotation
 Freezing / thawing ingredients.
 Transferring raw materials and packaging into manufacturing area.
 Decanting ingredients.
 Mixing fillings following good manufacturing practice. Specific recipes followed.
 Mixing by hand, Fillings weighed into containers lidded and labelled by hand.
 Record keeping
 Full end of day clean.
 Documented procedures and records.
 
To be considered for this role the ideal candidate must:
 Have good numeracy and literacy skills
Previous experience in similar role preferable
 Training in food safety preferable
