Directions For Use
Deep fat frying Preheat frying oil to 175°C (347°F). Fry quantity (min. 500 g) for about 3-3½ minutes until golden yellow and crispy. Frying pan Heat some oil or butter. Put the jacket wedges in the frying pan as soon as the butter is melted. Add salt and spices to your preference. Bake the jacket wedges for about 10-15 minutes at average temperature until golden yellow and crispy. Turn regularly. Oven Preheat the oven during 10 minutes at 220°C (428°F) (gas oven level 5). Spread the preferred quantity jacket wedges (± 500g) on the baking tray (preferably on baking paper). Place the tray in the middle of the oven. Bake the jacket wedges for about 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile turn them until golden yellow and crispy. Add salt and spices to your preference. Fry smaller quantities for a shorter period. Preparation time will be shorter in a turbo-heating.
