1.This offer is available to selected independent and other repped customers of Sysco GB Limited trading as Kff ("Kff"), aged 18 years or over (excluding National Accounts, Corporate Accounts and Buying Group Head Offices), who have a valid Kff account and have been invited by Kff to participate. Internet access may be required and data charges may apply.
2.The promotion runs from 28 September 2026 to 24 January 2027 inclusive ("Promotional Period"). For the purposes of this promotion, “month” (including “monthly”) shall be defined as follows:

3.Eligible customers selected by Kff will be automatically enrolled in the promotion and do not need to register or take any further action to participate. Kff may notify participating customers via email, the Kff website, their Kff Account Manager, or other direct communication channels. 4.During the Promotional Period, eligible customers may qualify for monthly account credit based on their total invoiced spend in accordance with the following spend bands (excluding alcohol and VAT):

5. Spend will be assessed separately at the end of each qualifying month during the Promotional Period. Qualifying spend is based on products ordered during the relevant month and delivered by Kff within 5 working days of ordering.
6. Any account credit earned will be applied to the customer's Kff account during the month following the qualifying month of spend. Account credit cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative reward.
7. Sales will be measured on invoiced sales only. Returns, cancelled orders, credit notes, non-deliveries and substitute products will not count towards qualifying spend. Sales of alcohol will not be included when calculating qualifying spend.
8. Participants must be the business owner or have the business owner's permission to participate. To opt out of the promotion, customers should contact their Kff Account Manager or email sales.orders@kff.co.uk.
9. Offer availability is subject to product availability and stock levels.
10. This offer is subject to the kff Terms and Conditions available at www.kff.co.uk/terms-and-conditions. All sales are subject to kff's Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale.
11. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination, suspension or extension of the promotion, or any technical difficulties, malfunctions, computer hardware or software failures of any kind, shall not entitle participants to any claim or compensation from Kff for any loss or damage suffered directly or indirectly as a result.
12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kff shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from participation in this promotion.
13. Kff reserves the right to amend, withdraw or suspend this promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Any matters arising from this promotion that are not covered by these Terms & Conditions shall be determined solely by Kff, whose decision shall be final.
