Cauliflower Power Soup

Dice bacon and fry in a dry frying pan until crispy, drain and reserve. Dice bread, toss in oil and season with salt and pepper, bake in a hot oven until golden. Blend one soup sachet with 200ml boiling water for 1 minute, transfer to a microwaveable bowl and heat on full power for two minutes. Pour hot soup into serving bowl and top with bacon, croutons and rosemary shards
