Curried Squid

Defrost squid tubes and cut into rings and strips, Lightly score strips to give a pineapple effect. Marinade in Mexican Chilli Orange Paste then quickly pan fry on a fierce heat until squid is opaque and turning white. Serve immediately with chopped spring onion and coriander.
