Give Peas a Chance Soup

Directions:

Make croutons using the bread, once ready break some Grana Padano shavings into a bowl with croutons and cracked black pepper, mix well and slightly crush the croutons. Leave to one side. Blend one soup sachet with 200ml boiling water for 1 minute, transfer to a microwaveable bowl and heat on full power for two minutes. Pour hot soup into serving bowl and top with cheese, pepper and crouton mix, finish with chive oil
