Killer Tomato Soup

Directions:

Defrost brioche loaf, slice to required thickness and make sandwiches of cheese and pesto. Toast in a frying pan, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking, until cheese is melting. Meanwhile, blend one soup sachet with 200ml boiling water for 1 minute, transfer to a microwaveable bowl and heat on full power for two minutes. Pour hot soup into serving bowl and top with hot cheese toasty and chopped chives.
