Ingredients:

Fairtrade Smooth Roast Ground Coffee

YORVALE Mince Pie Ice Cream (708075)

Fresh Rosemary (DV0203)

Directions:

Make coffee
Warm Mince Pies
Place a couple of pies in the base of serving dish
Top with a couple of scoops of ice cream
Pour over hot coffee
Finish with a broken mince pie, chocolate shavings and rosemary twig
