Seafood Salad Protein Pot

Ingredients:

Directions:

Poach egg for 2-3 minute. Simply construct the salad in a take-away pot or bowl, 1/3 filling with edamame beans, followed by 4-5 freshburst tomatoes, 6-8 black olives, 3-4 anchovy slices, 2 tablespoons of flaked tuna and top with the poached egg. Garnish with black pepper and dill.
