Smokey Breakfast Bean

Defrost breakfast beans and gently warm in a pot until just coming to a gentle simmer. Slice defrosted sourdough baguette in half length ways and toast until golden. Top with beans and mozzare lla and place under a hot grill until melted slightly. Serve with extra beans on the side and coriander
