Cook the bockwurst per pack instructions and place in the centre of the roll. Heat up a full portion of chilli and tip it on top of the sausage. Top with sliced spring onion and red onion rings. Say Cheese! Add some Grated Red Leicester (040190) to bulk it out even more!
