Mix the pesto and the mayonnaise together. Warm the flat bread up, spread some of the pesto mayo on the bread. Roast the red peppers, add to the flatbread along with a handful of fresh rocket, cured meats, artichokes and finish with a scattering of fresh basil and olives, wrap and serve.
