Grill burgers under a medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. Ensure burger is piping hot throughout. Toast seeded buns and smother base with burger sauce. Add burger then top with a slice of Emmental cheese, a couple of slices of pastrami, a spoonful of sauerkraut and sliced gherkins. Finish with another dollop of burger sauce and place bun lid on top. Serve with fries
