Triple Chocolate Brownie Sundae

Defrost brownies as per packet instructions. Scoop brownie ice cream into balls and hold in freezer. Mould chocolate ice cream into rectangle shape the same size as the brownies. Build stack by starting with a layer of Belgian chocolate brownie then top with chocolate ice cream, a piece of Rockslide brownie and top with the Fudge Brownie ice cream ball. Drizzle with Caramel topping sauce and garnish with a sprinkling of chocolate shavings and salted peanuts.

 

Caution: This can be quite a messy job so speed is of the essence but it is so worth it!
