In a hot wok, stir fry red peppers with Quorn pieces and fajita seasoning, add drained chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes. Warm the tortilla one at a time sharing the filling evenly, top with defrosted sliced avocado. Fold two sides and roll up tightly. Garnish with chopped coriander.
