Directions For Use
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Cooking Sauce Hob • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying pan • Add diced chicken / protein of choice / sliced vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes • Add Katsu sauce, stir and simmer for 1Not Specified minutes with lid on (or until protein is thoroughly cooked) Pour Over Sauce Hob • Cook meat / fish of choice as per cooking instruction • Heat the Katsu sauce in a saucepan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes • Pour over the cooked meat / fish and serve. For Chicken Katsu: • Coat flattened chicken breast in flour, then into beaten egg, then coat in panko breadcrumbs • Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a hot frying pan and cook chicken until golden brown. Remove and place on absorbent paper • Heat the katsu sauce in a saucepan over a medium heat fro 2-3 minutes • Pour over the cooked chicken and serve. Marinade Oven • Score meat, poultry or fish and cover with marinade • Cover and place in refrigerator for 3Not Specifiedminutes. For a more intense flavour leave for 2-3 hours or preferably overnight. • Cook meat, poultry or fish as per cooking instructions, basting throughout. Check food is piping hot before serving. Storage Instructions
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days or by best before end date whichever is sooner.
