COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Pasta Sauce Hob •Heat the Tomato and Mascarpone sauce in a saucepan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes •Stir into freshly cooked pasta and serve Pasta Bake Oven •Add 1Kg of dried fusilli or penne pasta to an oven proof dish •Stir in the container of Tomato and Mascarpone sauce •Fill the empty jar ¾ full with water, ensure lid is on tightly and shake. Add to the pasta, stir thoroughly to ensure all pasta is covered. •Transfer to preheated oven at 180ºC / 350ºC / Gas Mark 4 for 45 minutes •Stir thoroughly ensuring all pasta is covered by the sauce •Sprinkle over 500g grated cheese and return to the oven for a further 35 minutes or until the pasta is thoroughly cooked. Pour Over Sauce Hob •Cook meat / fish of choice as per cooking instruction •Heat the Tomato and Mascarpone sauce in a saucepan over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes •Pour over the cooked meat / fish and serve. Soup Hob •Pour container of Tomato and Mascarpone sauce into a saucepan. •Fill the empty container ½ full with water, ensure lid is on tightly and shake. Add to the saucepan •Add 2x 400g can of chopped tomatoes •Heat on medium heat for 7-10 minutes, serve Check food is piping hot before serving. These are guidelines only.
