Cook from frozen. If defrosted do not refreeze Cook from frozen. Deep Fry in hot oil at 180°C for approx 4-5 minutes. alternatively oven bake at 220°C / Gas Mark 6 for approx 15 minutes, Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout Always make sure product core temp reaches 72°C Caution! Although every effort has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain
