Directions For Use
Rinse and drain well before use. Guideline cooking instructions - add 100g lentils to 500ml water and bring to the boil for 5 minutes then reduce heat. Simmer until you reach desired texture, shorter simmering time (approx. 7 mins) will give a firmer texture (e.g. for salads), while longer (12mins+) will soften the lentils (e.g. for soups) Intended use as ingredient in soups and stews and typically cooked to recipe as cooking times and quantities will depend on their final usage. Not for raw consumption.

Store in a cool, dry place way from direct sunlight.
