Directions For Use
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: The following guidelines are provided for various oven types. As ovens vary it may be necessary to adjust these slightly to suit specific equipment. Keep the pizza frozen until ready to bake. Remove all packaging and place the pizza onto a baking tray. Merrychef E2S: 275°c with 60% fan and 50% power for 2 minutes 50 seconds. Combi Ovens: 180°c - 190°c with full fan 40-50% moisture and cook for 10 – 12 minutes. Convection Ovens: 200°c - 220°c for 12 – 15 minutes. Ensure the product is thoroughly cooked before serving. Let the pizza stand for 2 minutes before cutting and serving. CAUTION: TOPPING AND TOMATO SAUCE STUFFED CRUST WILL BE EXTREMELY HOT!
Storage Instructions
KEEP FROZEN AND STORE FLAT. DO NOT DEFROST. KEEP AT -18C OR COOLER.
