Directions For Use
Put the peas (about 60-80g per person) in 3 times their volume of cold water and cook with small fire during +/-20-25 minutes. In pressure cooker: put the lentils in 1.5 times their volume of cold water and cook during +/- 9 minutes. Adding of bicarbonate in hard water permit to accelerate the cooking
