Directions For Use
For a better result, defreeze the products approximately 15 mn. TRAY ARRANGEMENT(600 x 400): 24 items laid out, (the tip of the croissant should be turned down to prevent it from moving when baking). Eventhough products are already glazed, you will obtain a better result if you glaze them again with whole eggs. BAKING : (with the humidity ventilation system opened): -Fan oven: Bake at 170 °C for 16/18 minutes. -Rack oven : Bake at 175°C for 18/20 minutes Nota: Each oven has its own characteristics. We suggest you record all parameters giving the best results baking with your equipment.
Storage Instructions
To be stored in the freezer at - 18°C *** before use, until the Use By Date written on the label.
