Directions For Use
You can either: Cook from frozen – Oven bake at 170°C or gas mark 5 for 15 to 20 minutes. OR Defrost before use - Oven bake at 170°C or gas mark 4 for 12 to 15 minutes. Ensure Products core temperature exceeds 75°C.
