Directions For Use
COOKING GUIDELINES FROM FROZEN: Remove from packaging. DEEP FRY: Deep fry in hot oil at 180C for 8-10 minutes. OVEN: place product on a baking tray in the top of a pre-heated oven at 200C/Gas mark 6 for approximately 25 minutes. Cooking times mat vary. This is a raw product and must be cooked throughout to minimum temperature of 75C for 30 seconds or equivalent( or apply relevant national requirement) Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, some small bones may still remain
Storage Instructions
Store frozen product at -18C or colder do not re-freeze after thawing
