Avocado and Smoked Salmon Ciabatta



Cut and butter the ciabatta roll

Smash avocado and apply to top side of roll

Generously apply Thai Sweet Chilli sauce to bottom side of roll

Shred the iceberg lettuce and arrange on top of the sauce

Arrange fresh smoked salmon on top of the lettuce

Place chopped tomatoes on top of salmon

Serve with a side of crisps or fries
