Stud camembert with garlic cloves and rosemary, bake in a pre-heated oven set at 200°C/Fan 180°C/GM6 for about 20 minutes until gooey. Slice sourdough bread, top with Nduja paste and place under a hot grill until warmed through. Serve with cheese.
