Beetroot Smoothie

Peel and roughly chop the beetroot and ginger and place into a blender. Roughly chop the apple and add to the blender with the blueberries, chai seeds and coconut water. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve with a few blueberries and a sprinkling of chai seeds.
