Warm the Caribbean Beef filling up.
Warm the tortilla up a little.
Place the Caribbean Beef to the middle of the tortilla.
Top with black beans, shredded lettuce, cooked rice and fresh coriander.
Carefully fold and wrap to seal in the filling.
Serve with a pot of salsa, sour cream and curly fries.
