Chicken Club



Butterfly chicken breast, coat with flour, egg & breadcrumb. Seal in hot pan with oil and finish off in oven. Grill bacon until crispy and slice tomatoes. Toast bread and begin frying the egg. Cover one slice of toast with mayonnaise and top with lettuce, tomato & bacon. Spread mustard onto a second slice of toast and lay this (mustard side down) on top of the bacon. Next place cooked chicken breast in sandwich and top with fried egg. Hold together with skewers.
