Chilli Prawn Ramen Bowl

Ingredients:

Directions:

Dilute Tamarind Sauce with water to taste and heat gently with garlic and ginger (keep warm). Cook noodles and heat BBQ Jackfuit. Coat Prawns in cornflour and pan fry. Place noodles in serving bowl and top with Tamarind stock. Assemble prawns and jackfruit on noodles and garnish with sliced spring onions and coriander.
