Use one portion (100g) of BBQ pulled pork filling per flatbread. Heat BBQ pulled pork filling until core temperature is reached. Defrost and grill the parathas for 1-2 minutes on each side, then fill with bbq pulled pork and 4-5 teaspoons of Cuban chimichurri. Garnish with a handful of coleslaw mix and finely chopped coriander.
