Heat Bockwurst and Pulled Pork and keep warm. Slice Red Onion and mix into pickled cabbage. Open hot dog bun and drizzle in some BBQ sauce, place bockwurst in bun & top with cabbage and onion, hot pulled pork and sour cream & chive dip. Finish with sliced spring onion.
