Festa di Carne



Using the Pre-sauced Pizza base, spread thumb size pieces of the Nduja Paste over the top of the pizza. Cut the Prosciutto slices in half and place around the pizza with slices of the Milano Salami. Tear the Buffalo Mozzarella into strips and place evenly around the pizza. Bake in a hot oven for 4-6minutes until the cheese starts to melt. (GM7/230c-200c fan) Garnish with fresh Rocket leaves and a little Olive Oil.
