Fish Finger Buttie

Directions:

Deep fry jumbo fish fingers as per packet instructions, in the meantime make tartare sauce by dicing gherkins, capers and pickled onions and mixing with mayonnaise, paprika and chopped parsley. Butter two slices of bread, lay one slice butter side up and place lettuce leaf on top then add fish fingers, smother with tartare sauce add more lettuce and sandwich with the other slice of bread.
