Defrost guacamole and buns as required. From frozen cook the burger in a nonstick frying pan over a medium heat for 13-14 minutes, turning frequently until evenly browned. Ensure the centre is piping hot. Slice tomato and avocado. Toast bun. Once burger is cooked, smother bun base with guacamole top with burger, tomato, avocado, rocket leaves and bun lid.
