Deep fry halloumi fries until golden, drain excess oil on kitchen paper. Mix chipotle paste with mayonnaise. Serve fries on salad leaves and drizzle with honey, chipotle mayonnaise sauce, mint leaves, chopped chillies and a sprinkling of paprika.
