Italian Inspired Lunch

Ingredients:

Antipasti Mix Pack (030779)

Mozzarella Di Buffala - DOP (041010)

Extra Virgin Olive Oil (051191)

GOMO Green Pesto (053334)

MISSION 8" Flour Tortillas (431565)

Directions:

Take a 20cm white tortilla

Smear 1 half with a thin layer of pesto

Top with sliced vine tomatoes & season with salt & pepper

Add torn buffalo mozzarella & drizzle with olive oil

Top with antipasti mix

Finish with rocket & basil leaves

Fold over to form a half moon shape & serve
