Mozzarella & Shredded Ham Crêpe

Heat a frying pan and warm the crepe on side. Flip over to warm the other side and sprinkle with grated mozzarella and shredded ham. Flash under a grill to melt the cheese a little. Top with a fried egg and garnish with freshly ground black pepper and roughly chopped tarragon

OR

Lay required amount of crepes onto a baking sheet and top with grated mozzarella and shredded ham. Place in hot oven GM7/220C for 8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbling. Top with a fried egg and garnish with freshly ground black pepper and roughly chopped tarragon
