New Yorker

Mix 1 part yellow mustard to 2 parts mayonnaise. Slice gherkins lengthways, Remove meat and cheese from packaging.

Assembly – Take one slice of bread and lay on a work surface, top with a layer of mustard mayo, shaved ham, coarse grain mustard and shaved turkey breast. Add a layer of shaved pastrami, sliced gherkins and Emmental cheese. Sandwich together with another slice of bread smothered with yellow mustard mayonnaise. Cut in half and serve.
