One-Pot Brazilian Feijoada



Heat a large pan and gently fry the sliced chorizo and pulled pork together, removing with slotted spoon once crispy.

Add the sliced onions and garlic puree to the oil in the pan along with the crushed chillies and cook until softened.

Drain the black beans, keeping the juices for the stew. Add the beans and meat to the onions and add some of the saved bean juice to create a sauce. Cover and simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally and adding more bean juice if required.

Meanwhile cook rice per instructions and once ready serve in a bowl with the bean stew, orange segments, fresh coriander and chopped chillies.
