Smothered Maple & Bourbon BBQ Pulled Jackfruit Burger

Ingredients:

Directions:

In a bowl mix together the pulled jackfruit and Lion Maple & Bourbon BBQ Sauce

Place in a pan and gently warm through

Grill the Portobello mushroom under a hot grill until cooked and tender

Toast the soft burger roll and assemble the burger

Place 1 tbsp. of Lion Vegan Mayo on the crown of the toasted bun

Top with the lettuce leaf

On the heel of the toasted bun place the Maple & Bourbon BBQ Jackfruit, the grilled mushroom, slice of tomato and caramelised onions

Carefully lift the crown of the bun onto the heel and secure with a bamboo skewer before serving
