Thai Chilli Prawn & Cauliflower Stir Fry

Directions:

Grate cauliflower to make rice, plunge into boiling water until cooked, strain and leave to one side. Add Sesame oil to wok & heat until oil smokes, add garlic, onion then add prawns. Stir fry until prawns start to turn pink then add wok mix and sweet chilli sauce. Whilst this cooks add cauliflower rice to boiling water then strain and serve in bowl. Add stir fry mix and garnish with spring onion, coriander and soy sauce
