The Eton Mess Topped Doughnut



Mix 220g of icing sugar with milk, adding one tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached. Stir in the raspberry glaze to colour the icing, then cover the top of the doughnut with a thick layer of icing. Top the doughnut with a good handful of raspberries and crumbled meringue.
