The Maple Bacon Topped Doughnut



Mix 220g of icing sugar with milk, adding one tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached. Stir in a drop of yellow food dye at the end, then cover the top of the doughnut with a thick layer of the icing. Grill or fry the bacon until crispy, then dice. Top the doughnut with the diced bacon and crumbled pecans, then add 2-3 teaspoons of maple syrup.
